AN INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF DYNAMIC EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH SOCIETY

DYNAMIC EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH SOCIETY

DERS

Any journey starts with zeal and devotion which is the main objective to be achieved. In the year 2018 proposal for establishing the Dynamic Educational Research Society (DERS) was put forward by Dr. Sanjay Pal who prepared the documents as Founder Secretary and got it registered as an autonomous Not for Profit organization under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 having its own constitution and bye laws which are amended from time to time by the Executive Council and General Body.

The society was established with the view of providing an open platform for researchers in various disciplines of education to publish their research in the International Journal of Dynamic Educational Research Society (IJDERS). (Social Sciences, Humanities, Commerce & Management, Engineering & Technology, Medicine, Sciences, Art & Development Studies, Law, etc.) for publishing their research in the journal (IJDERS). Besides this, organizing conferences and workshops under the aegis of the Dynamic Educational Research Society (DERS) was an essential activity to facilitate scientific discussions, exchange of views, and interaction among educators, whose goal is to improve our understanding of higher education, especially through the new ideas, views, and information that come from systematic research and development. The Dynamic Educational Research Society in Bareilly District, Uttar Pradesh, is a society that is recognized with the government of Uttar Pradesh year 2018. In terms of both supporting study and higher education and getting the word out about it, the society wants to be the best in its field. Our goal is to support long-term growth and work on fixing problems like climate change, unfair social conditions, language and literature knowledge, a more practical and problem-based approach to higher education, the start of applied education, and many other things.

The society's overarching goal is to achieve sustainable development in the realm of higher education and research by providing unwavering support to research and higher learning activities and by doing so using a wide variety of resources. Because students at these levels are being prepared to enter the skilled human resource market and emerge with the abilities to contribute to the intellectual property, this position is especially prominent in the sphere of higher education and research society. Students at these levels will act as harbingers of ideas and emerge with the skills to contribute to the intellectual property. The sustainable growth that we hope for is not only a process on the economic front, but also a process on the intellectual front. It not only makes it possible for the pattern of resources that are fulfilling the demands of the present, but it also makes it possible for future generations to improve their ability to satisfy their own intellectual needs. It is vital to take into consideration, and then bring into harmony, the intellectual components in order to maintain the standard of the natural world, economic world, social world, environmental world, and academic world. Learning, both formally and informally, plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable development because it helps people become more aware of issues and can shape how people behave.

Progressively, universities and other higher education institutions have been incorporating sustainable development values and practices into their core activities like teaching and research, institutional management and operational systems. However, the debate still persists primarily on the rationale and reasoning for why sustainable development needs broad adoption. The international discussion, however, has failed to specify the various actions that higher education needs to adopt.

As a result, with energy and life in our ideas and dreams, we are going to undertake the huge challenge of extending applied as well as conceptual higher education and research to improve both knowledge and the economy.
